Services

Services rendered at the clinics are through participation in the Patient/Physician Cooperatives, a non-profit Association created by TBT. The web site for PPC can be seen by selecting the PPC page from this site.

The participating clinics provide basic family practice services. They diagnose and treat acute medical problems ranging from colds to pneumonia. In addition, they work with patients who have chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disease and asthma. Minor surgical procedures are available such as the removal of foreign bodies, incision and drainage of abscesses, suturing and care of ingrown nails. Tests for Strep Throat, flu, pregnancy, blood glucose and urinary tract infections are done on site. Well Woman exams, PAP smears and STD testing are also available. The TBT staff assists with pharmaceutical application requests and school physicals. We provide a discount drug card free to each patient who needs it.

Patient membership in PPC also entitles individuals and families to have true group health insurance provided by New Era Life in which there are no pre-existing conditions exclusions and no requirements for employer participation.
